In 2005, WebCT merged with Blackboard. Now that the two companies are one, Blackboard mandated that the name WebCT no longer be used. In addition, Microsoft released a new version of the Windows operating system called Vista.

A decision was made to rename the WebCT Vista product on the Georgia State campus to uLearn. The new URL is http://ulearn.gsu.edu and to reach the 24/7 Help Center, go to http://ulearnhelp.gsu.edu. These links are active so you can bookmark them and begin using them right away.
